MAGA Graphics does not offer refunds or returns due to the fact that products are downloadable and there is no way to confirm that you have in fact, deleted the purchased item.
Refunds
While we do not offer refunds, we do want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. To that end, if you are not satisfied and/or have questions about your purchase, please contact us via email at maga@sadduck.com or simply use the contact form on any page. We will work with you towards a solution for all of us.
Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and we are not able to come to an agreement, we may at our discretion offer another product.
